Our massage team is comprised of both male and female therapists. If you have specific preferences, please let us know at the time of making your reservation.
We offer treatments between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm.
… preparing for your treatment
We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This allows you to become acquainted with the facilities and ensures that your treatment may begin on time.
After checking in at the reception desk where you receive your bathrobe and slippers and storing your personal belongings in the dressing room, you may proceed to the waiting area and enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of water while awaiting your therapist.
Your massage therapist will retrieve you from the waiting area in order to accompany you to the massage room and give you a short introductory explanation of your treatment. We appreciate your understanding that late arrivals must forfeit the amount of time tardy from the duration of your treatment.
… clothing options for treatments
- Most importantly, you have to feel comfortable! Don’t feel obligated to undress more than you feel comfortable with.
- If you have booked a partial body treatment – we simply ask you to uncover that specific body part.
- If you have booked a full body treatment – ideally, we suggest you to undress completely.
- Your intimate areas will be fully draped at all times and you will be treated with respect and care. Your well-being is our utmost priority!
… after your treatment
For those guests who only receive a treatment: You’re welcome to have a cup of tea or a glass of water before leaving the spa. You have an additional 15 minutes until check-out at the reception desk. In case you spontaneously opt to prolong your stay in our wellness oasis, you are entitled to a discounted day pass for 35.– CHF.
For all Asiaspa day and package guests:
When your treatment is over enjoy the various saunas and pools we have to offer, relax on our roof top terrace or have a refreshing snack in our lounge. All doors are open to you.
… canceling your treatment
For appointments booked by phone:
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation. Short-notice cancellations or no-shows must pay in full.
For online booked treatments:
Please note that appointments booked online are not refundable once payment has been received. A confirmed appointment may, however, be rescheduled online up to 24 hours prior to the time of your treatment.
