From the aromatic cherry or jasmine blossom saunas to the curative effects of the Himalayan salt sauna, from our Japanese steam bath and spacious rest area of traditional tatami mats to the hourly ceremonies of additional infusions such as honey or chocolate, our world of Asian saunas holds something special for everyone.
Asiaspa provides both mixed and ladies only saunas to ensure that our female guests enjoy a comfortable stay.
For your visit to the sauna we suggest you take two to three large towels, a bathrobe and bath slippers all of which are also available at the reception for a minimal fee. Please note that the saunas are towels only, swimwear is not permitted.

Jasmine blossom sauna
With natural clays applied to the length wall, this sauna creates a unique balance between heat and humidity. The warm and powerful fragrance of Jasmine permeates the room, soothing the nervous system and creating a light atmosphere.
80° C, 10 % humidity
Cherry blossom sauna
The largest and hottest sauna is our cherry blossom sauna. In Japan, the cherry blossom is a flower of deep significance and symbolism, representing beauty, the transitory nature of life and the anticipation of positive change to come. These symbols are reflected in the carved wooden décor of the sauna. The added variety of hourly infusions transform a routine sauna cure into a one of a kind experience.

Himalaya salt sauna
In the salt crystal sauna, an entire wall is comprised of illumined salt crystals. The guest breathes in the energized air – a living freshness that is reminiscent of the ocean or atop a high mountain peek. The soft and warm orange lighting created by the salt crystals is both relaxing and exhilarating and encourages creativity, happiness and the appreciation of life.

Japanese steam bath
The temperature of the Japanese steam bath oscillates between 40 und 45° C and the humidity often reaches 100 %, which is cleansing and comforting for respiration. An Asian ambience is created by the Japanese kanji (writing) engraved into the natural stonewalls.
