Would you like to improve your level of fitness with the help of a personal fitness instructor? A one-time fee of 125.– CHF includes the following services:

• Initial fitness test (60 min.)
  Body composition and performance level, i.e. body fat percentage, cardiovascular fitness and muscular imbalances, are analyzed and taken into consideration in order to set up your personal base fitness routine.
• Introduction to training equipment I (75 min.)
  Your fitness program will be drawn up based on your personal goals and the outcomes of the initial fitness test. A detailed introduction to the training equipment will coincide with establishing a routine of the most effective movements and pace.
• Introduction to training equipment II (60 min.)
  In this second introductory session a personal trainer will walk you through your individualized fitness program. The focus will be on proper alignment and body mechanics for the performance of the exercises. By this time, most people will be ready for an adjustment regarding the amount of weight and repetitions.
• Updating your individualized fitness program (60 min.)
  Your personal training program is adjusted every 3 months, or upon completion of 25 training units. A simple adjustment of training principles, amount of weight or a variation in exercises will, for instance, encourage an ideal muscular stimulation or elevate the level of intensity in your endurance.
• Retesting your level of fitness after 6 months (60 min.)
  In addition to updating your individualized fitness program every 3 months, we encourage you to retake the initial fitness test every 6 months. This allows you to see your progress and adjust or create a new fitness regimen accordingly.
• A training towel and clean footwear are obligatory!

Additionally, you will receive a booklet of vouchers including:

• 30.– CHF reduction on a massage of your choice
• 2 day passes to the asiaspa facilities (bring a friend)
• 14-days trial membership (bring a friend)
• A visit to the solarium free of charge
• A drink of your choice in the asiaspa lounge

You are welcome to upgrade your membership with a laundry package / solarium flat rate / or a Power Plate set at any time. We are more than happy to assist you.
